Although the hotel was full the rooms were very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the shower good.

Spacious, clean and quiet.

There was only a little toilet paper in the bathroom and we could have done with some hand towels. These are very minor things.

Nice play for a stay-cation and worth the price I paid for it.

The room was clean and nice as I requested the management. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, and loved the theme of the room overall. The location was just 'ok' if you are looking for a view, otherwise malls and restaurants are very close by to the hotel.

The furniture was old and had been through some wear n tear. Not a good view from our window. Parking is a problem, the building's own parking facility was not feasible, very congested space.

There is no mirror in the room I have to fix my makeup and hair in the toilet The breakfast is not included most of the hotel it’s free It was my first time in the hotel and it’s going to be last I’m not going to recommend the hotel for my friends

I booked a standard double room and the staff upgraded me to...

I booked a standard double room and the staff upgraded me to deluxe room without even mentioning it .. also they were happy for me to arrange for valentine’s day without any issues which was nice.

The kettle was missing so i was not able to make a coffee for myself when i woke up in the morning. I didn’t tell the staff but i would think that they would do something about it if i did.

Wonderful...

Staff were very friendly and welcoming...special thanks to Alex for his nice welcoming... Location is great...room is spacious and very clean...definitely will go back to this hotel...

Water pressure in the bathtub was very low...parking entrance is so small and my car got a big hit from down due to floor leveling issue...you need to put more lights in the parking lot and add signages to show the hotel entrance as there are many doors there with no signage

If you are relaxed and cold tempered, then its your hotel

The location is wounderful. The breakfast is fine, but the breakfast presentation and buffet was poor in terms of hygiene.(the breakfast location has flies everywhere).

Service wasn't thorough and clean, towels smell bad there. Service is slow.

The only good thing about this hotel the location and the staff were nice !

Pretty much everything .. it’s a good for let say you passed through Bahrain for transit and you missed your flight or got canceled and don’t want to pay so much ! Also it shouldn’t be rated as a 4 stars hotel it’s barely 3 .. when I checked the room there was water on the carpet and I presume other guests or the staff hairs all over the room and bathroom also on the towels !!! Which it’s a major clean issue .. furthermore, I was trying to rest and the “do not disturb sign” was on the door and people kept ringing the room bell over 2 times .. and the bathroom shower condition was so bad and it’s one of the important things to me and it was just horrible and the only hot water was in the sink ... I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone ! Yeah one more thing it’s name “Nordic palace and spa” and I didn’t get any details about the spa services they offer which would made the stay a lil bit nicer but nah they neglected that info which I didn’t bother myself to ask about it .. thank you

A wonderful to stay relax..Near to every places you want to go.with..

I like all..the bedroom.the cafe area.the people who assisted us...the view on top of it especially on the swimming pool area.. It was an excellent stay for a couple and family.

Location, cleanliness, spacious rooms, comfort.

- No fridges in both rooms I booked. Receptionist promised to provide, but actually didn't. However, it was OK because we stayed only for one night, and it is already winter. - It was so hard to control the temperature of the shower - it is either too hot or too cold. The flow of water from the shower was very little.
